What is a family farm session?
These sessions are £35 for 1 parent and child (£5 per extra person)
- Space to be together outside, relaxing, having fun and normalising talking about our emotions.
- Time spent in the woods, talking about how we feel when ...
- A creative activity linked to how we are feeling, resource sheets to take home, time to see the animals.
- Learn some new strategies to help support your mental health.
- Drink and snack break.
- Ages 3 -15
